Shipping
Treasured Luxury, LLC ships orders every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday after payment is received. Shipping costs vary based on the size and weight of each item.
Buyers will receive an email with tracking and shipping details once the order has been processed. All shipments are fully insured and require a signature upon delivery.
Treasured Luxury, LLC is not responsible for misdelivered items, including instances where the carrier elects to sign on behalf of the recipient.
Return policy
All items are sold “as is” and are final sale. Please review all photos and read the full item description carefully prior to purchase, as no returns are accepted for buyer’s remorse. By completing a purchase, buyers acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Same-day cancellations may be considered with prior written approval from Treasured Luxury, LLC and are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Returns are considered on a case-by-case basis only and must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Approved returns must be sent back in the same, unused condition. If a return is approved, a refund will be issued less a 20% restocking fee.
